Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
This Wholesale Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Simple Skin (“Supplier”) and the undersigned store or business (“Retailer”). By placing an order for Simple Skin products at wholesale prices, the Retailer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Wholesale Discount
The Retailer will receive a 40% discount on Simple Skin products based on the recommended retail price (RRP).

3. Retail Pricing
While Simple Skin provides a recommended retail price list for reference, the Retailer is free to set their own markup and retail prices for products once purchased.

4. Minimum Order Quantities
A minimum order of 20 units per product is required for wholesale purchases.
For bundles, the minimum order quantity is 10 per bundle.
5. Ordering Process
To place an order, the Retailer must submit an order request via email. Simple Skin will issue an invoice based on the order, and payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.

6. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed in full prior to dispatch. Accepted methods of payment include EFT or credit card. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Simple Skin will ship products directly to the Retailer after payment confirmation. Shipping costs will be covered by Simple Skin for orders above a certain threshold. For smaller orders, shipping costs will be the Retailer’s responsibility.

8. Product Handling and Display
The Retailer agrees to handle and store Simple Skin products in a manner that preserves their quality and shelf life. Simple Skin products should be displayed in a clear, professional, and appealing manner that aligns with the brand’s standards.

9. Returns and Damages
Returns: Wholesale purchases are final, and returns will only be accepted in cases of defective or damaged products.
Damages: If products are received damaged, the Retailer must notify Simple Skin within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
10. Marketing and Branding
Retailers are encouraged to promote Simple Skin products through in-store displays, social media, and other marketing channels.

11. Independent Retailer
The Retailer is an independent entity and is not considered an employee, agent, or representative of Simple Skin.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simple Skin operates.

14. Liability
Simple Skin is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the Retailer in connection with the sale, marketing, or storage of the products.
