Simple Skin Distributor Terms & Conditions
1. Distributor Discount
Distributors purchase Simple Skin products at a 20% discount off the regular retail price.
2. Retail Pricing
Distributors are required to use the Simple Skin recommended retail price list when selling products to customers. Distributors earn a 20% profit margin on each sale.
3. No Minimum Orders
There are no minimum order quantities. You may order as needed by emailing your product request to Simple Skin.
4. Ordering Process
Upon receipt of your order, Simple Skin will issue an invoice. Once payment is made, your order will be processed and shipped directly to you.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made in advance for all orders. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Simple Skin will handle shipping the products to you, the distributor. You are responsible for managing the sales, marketing, shipping, and deliveries to your customers.
7. Independent Sales
As a distributor, you are solely responsible for your own sales and marketing strategies. Simple Skin does not guarantee any level of sales or profit.
8. Liability
Simple Skin is not liable for any issues related to your sales, delivery delays to customers, or any other business operations as a distributor.
9. Termination
Simple Skin reserves the right to terminate the distributor agreement at any time for breaches of these terms or improper conduct.
10. Signatures
Both the distributor and Simple Skin must sign this agreement to accept these terms and conditions.
