Returns Policy
Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@simpleskin.co.za. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist in providing a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
